Our Members
IFDA Members are supply chain experts who work tirelessly behind-the-scenes to deliver food safely and efficiently to every corner of Australia.
A large proportion of our members own food distribution warehouses located across Australia. They are family owned and play a vital role in supporting small to medium size regional suppliers, manufacturers and farmers who also employ many thousands of Australians. 50% of these warehouses are servicing rural and regional communities.
IFDA contributes to the growth, development, and success of the food distribution industry through its outstanding advocacy, events, research, and education.
IFDA’s membership spans the breadth of the food industry to include commercial, institutional and essential services.
Members support a wide range of venues including cafes, hotels, clubs, milk bars etc. and importantly, they provide food for those in public and private hospitals, nursing homes, prisons and military bases.
